I need a solution for to stream 2 webcams to a Drupal site that will be used for customer support over video.
What I would like to help with is what streaming technology to use, if there's a good open source that I can tell a developer to customize for my needs.
Here's more details:
We only need to stream video since audio will be through the normal phoneline. The customer calls and we show them how to solve the problems through the video.
It should be possible to switch between webcam and desktop.
It should be a customized GUI in the Drupal page that allows the customer to select one of two cameras so that we can have two sessions at the same time.
Greatful for any recommendation in what streaming solutions I should use and instruct a webdeveloper to customize for my needs.
