If lets say, we post links www [domain] com/tracking?=1 at the forum for link building.

This link redirect to www [domain] com/anything

So at last, does it counted as backlink for this page www [domain] com/anything?

OR for the domain?

OR for this link www [domain] com/tracking?=1?
