I wonder how I can host my open source project with GitHub.
I have already created an account but now I want to know how I can send it.

Can you tell me or are there any online tutorials?

I believe you'd either need to push to GitHub from your local repository or SSH into GitHub and pull your repo from there.

Check out the offical Github help at Help.GitHub - Welcome. Its well explained, right from installing git, all upto creating a repository(this is what you want) and forking one.
