How to run a vb.net program as svchost.exe ?

I have made a program in vb.net which monitors the processes listed in the app and kills it after a specific interval. But i want to run it as svchost.exe.
I know we can rename it to svchost.exe and run it as a service. But I want to convert the app to a .DLL and run it under svchost. Please help me.
