Hi,
I'm looking for suggestions on beginner C++ programming books. I have seen a few and I liked the idea of the book giving you 'exercises' to do. Also I can only read English so I'm looking for an English book.

Any suggestions and why would be very appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

(I hope I'm posting in the correct area)
