he site design is simple which is good. But hovering over menus makes it invisible because the text is white as well as the background. I would change the text to black on hover over or even better; change just the text color to the same blue as in your logo, rather than having the button dissapeear from view.

I personally don't like that the site isn't centered. It looks great other than that. The previous posters already commented on other things I was going to say. Having the site not centered is not necessarily a bad thing but when someone has a big monitor there would be ALOT of white space and it would look awkward for the content to be off to the left so far.
