This is just a little program i made for those who are starting to learn HTML, i hope this will help them.
It has HTML and CSS options
P.S. I am from Serbia so some of the command names, and instructions are in serbian, but feel free to ask anything.
This is the latest 1.3 version:

People on programming forums generally don't download random programs from the internet. The fact that you posted it, and are assuring us it is safe, and are fairly new, doesn't mean much. It's nothing against you, just a healthy paranoia :)
