I think it would have been nice if this forum had some sort of email interface, similar to that of Facebook.

I mean, with Facebook, when I get an email saying "New message from ..." , I read the message within the email that was sent to me from Facebook and then I reply to the email, which makes Facebook reply to the message for me - so I can talk to people, post comments, etc., using just email. One thing I'm not sure about, though, is starting a new comment thread - I don't know if that's possible to do with email.

One thing, though, is that if this forum had that sort of email interface, it might lower the traffic on the forum itself, which is both good and bad. It's good because then this forum wouldn't need to handle as much traffic, and also especially that there were some errors/problems with this forum, recently, and I don't think email interface should have problems like that. The bad thing about less traffic is that this site wouldn't be visited as often.

So what do you guys think about this?
