Does anyone know something about ebay API?

Dear all,

One of my customer ask me whether I can do an application or website which get the customers & products information of ebay.
You know, he is an ebay seller, he wants to get the customer addresses and products detailed description automatically for other purposes.

I have no idea of how to develop such an app or website, can anyone give me some help?
