I need to write a stand-alone Win application that could run SWF file (Adobe Flash) in a windowless mode with some interaction between SWF and Win API so I could minimize/close window and drag it around, plus access to the file system.

Basically, I need something like Zinc or mProjector but with minimum functionality.

Can anyone please tell me where to start and what language is it better to use?
