What platform and template you think this videosite is using?

I was wondering, because I haven't quite got the hang of what videoscript to you use yet and this looks pretty good. A look at the source code doesn't reveal any revealing features that might indicate platform, template or theme.

The videos are flash, but the header and the sidebar are also flash?

Can you do a screenshot to illustrate what you're talking about? You could mean a variety of things.
