Im looking for a way to code a website that will allow users to login, then drop files to an FTP. I was debating on using Filezilla. I really want to learn this for a personal project. Main goal is to allow a user to signup, i accept or deny them access, then thy can login, fill out a form then upload files proofs and it go to my FTP. Ideas would be great.

Are you open to use a 3rd party tool? I am currently using Chilkat to manage uploads/downloads of files from my ftp server to client's desktop. All of this though running in a background process, maybe you can tweak yours a little bit to have an interface. You can check it out on there site, look for FTP component.
