This might be a bit unsolicited, but I think including a screenshot of the website would be helpful, especially for those who don't like to click links, or even those whose browsers don't support links.

"Legislation" is misspelled. It also seems a bit... colorful.

Thank you very much. When you say bit colorful ??? you mean generally, or about the buttons for changing colors ??

Thanks for your comments.

Not bad. Needs a little work on the layout.

The layout could defiantly use some work. Maybe a little bit of eye candy too.

Maybe you could check the viewer's computer's user permissions and privilege levels, to see if the user is disabled or not; that way you can serve the user better by providing more appropriate content. :)

The buttons were a bit bright, and the white with light blue just jumped out at me. The color buttons can result in some REALLY hideous color combos. Given that it's a site about disabilities, I'd look at a high contrast, color-blind friendly, but pleasing color combo and leave it.

Or at least keep the text (that says 'Red' , 'Blue' , etc. - the color names) separate from the actual colors.

I would definitely store the color options for the background and text in a drop-down menu so it looks more organized. Also, what is that "back" button at the bottom for?

Other than that, nice job :D

Well, I'd say a radio color option list would work, too.
