Welcome to our forums <java>!

You are welcome to stick around and discuss anything, we also have a large array of tutorials for both languages submitted by us and our users: Tutorials
Be sure to read the updated FAQ! || Health is achieved through the same 10,000 steps.
If a suggested code/method fails, informing us is less important than telling us why or what errors occurred.

Johnny English, The phrase 'Welcome aboard!' is usually used to welcome new members to some type or team, group or frequent gathering, in this case CodeCall Forum. The phrase 'Welcome on board' has a nautical feel to it. I really hope the mods monitor all your post. YOU ARE DELIBERATELY ABUSIVE!

????

EDIT: I'm sorry if I said something offensive. I don't mean to offend anyone. And even in the post above, I was just wondering... I didn't mean to make it sound offensive.

Arrrrr! Welcome to the pirate ship CodeCall, ya scurvey dog!

As fread indicated, it's a fairly common welcome to a community in parts of the US.

@fread, Rhetorical's just dealing with a cultural quirk, not being rude.

I live in Oregon, US. Maybe the confusion is from the fact that I was born somewhere else?
