I've made a program in VB, and when I run the .exe file ( in the bin -> debug folder where the solution is ) it's not the lastest version. Usually when I go Debug -> Build ProgramName in VB, this updates the .exe file, so when I run the .exe file it's the latest version with all the new updates, but the build wont work, it's saying it's successful, but the program is the old version ? Any ideas ? I'm also saving the file in VB before I build it.

Maybe I am mistaken, but if you are building the exe ( instead of debugging ) wouldn't the one you want be in bin\release and not bin\debug?

Ah, maybe that's the right folder for when I was building it. Anyways the one in bin/debug finally updated ( not sure how or why ), but thanks, maybe if I make more changes and build it, it will update in the release folder straight away! Cheers
