I am looking for the best book about programming "algorithm".any suggestion?

Usually these books are broken down by language, since the details of doing algorithms and data structures tend to vary by language. Arguably the best is Donald Knuth's "The Art of Computer Programming", but that could easily be far denser than what you're looking for.

Best is based strongly on opinion. My best may not be yours. My choice: Algorithms Design Techniques and Analysis by M. H. Alsuwaiyel. Actually its the only book i ever used. ;)
