Ubuntu 11.04
I upgraded to 11.10 but after a week, format everything and reinstall 11.04, I do not like unity or gnome3.
But I'm searching for a new distro to replace ubuntu since I don't think they will return to gnome2 (or something that feel like it) anytime soon

I use Linux at home, and Mac + Windows at work. Not sure how I should vote on that.

My primary OS is Windows 7. I also do some work in OS X and Linux but not very often. I'm a .NET programmer so most of my life is spend in Windows.

I am mostly using Windows 7, with the Windows Classic theme setting; I also sometimes boot into Linux Ubuntu (dual-booting), but mostly Windows because it's where I have most things, most programs, and feel most comfortable (especially along with the classic theme and some other custom settings).

Debian and Mac OS X.
Mac OS X for iTunes, web surfing, and games.
Debian for coding mostly.

I can't use my home's wireless network on my Debian box since our default gateway blocked it after I launched a few DOS attacks to get my family members to stop hogging the bandwidth.
Programming is a journey, not a destination.

I know, it's annoying when one can't even normally check email, etc., while the other is streaming movies, playing games, or doing something else that only takes up bandwidth. But the router at my house allows for website and service blocking, and I'm the router admin; also I could connect to the other computer via SSH (I know the other computer's password), and close Firefox on that computer (pkill firefox-bin).

Is Debian the same as Ubuntu?

My primary computer has dual-booting, with Windows 7 and Linux (I think I already mentioned this before). My other (rather old) computer's memory chip currently has the lost status, but the hard drive itself has Windows 98.

The other computer, that I mentioned in the first part of the post, has Ubuntu on it.
