can someone help me with this please?

Although i can't help b/c i don't know assembly. I know one thing you will need: an attempt. Make an attempt, produce some code or an algorithm. Say what parts you are having problems with etc.

thanks for your answer fread,i really thank u,unfortunately i must give the exercise today late at night,so i am not prepare at all,...apparently fail.definitely i will fail,its ok,that's life :)

lol fread,no no,no remorse,i am just kidding ,of caurse with no solved exercise ''There Will Be Blood'' lol,but it is my fault ,I had to be prepared. :)
anyway,it 's ok,i knew it,it 's not easy for someone to solve an assembly exercise just because someone ellse can't.

This doesn't seem like an assembly language problem to me; Verilog or VHDL would be more suited to the problem. Fortunately I know Verilog and several assembly languages, so I can help you with that. What do you have so far? Can you write pseudocode for it?
