file path of a folder included in project?

Hey. In my project, I create a text file that I want to be created and referenced wherever the user has installed this program. Right now I have the text file in C:~~~~/My Documents.

If the user, for example, created a folder on his desktop and ran the program from there, I would want the text file to be stored in that folder, not My Documents.

What is the file path to a text file that is created in the project?

Can anyone help me on this? I am pretty sure it is simple.

I have created a text file within the project. I want the program to reference that text file. What should I use as the StreamReader directory to access this text file?
