Hi. I was offered to program website similar to this http://rosetti.com.u...pe=1&brandId=37 How much money should I ask for it? Keep in mind, that average monthly salary of programmer in my country is ~720 euros

I would look at the following information when deciding:
1) how long do you think it will take you to do this? Consider the database queries, mail functions, etc, etc.
2) what is a fair wage where you are for that much work?
3) what deviations from "do what that site does" do you anticipate?
I can't be more specific than that, because I don't know what you're being asked to do, your skill set, etc.
