I had went to a Website that had inspired me with an idea. On this site it had a ' Top Bar ' that had short Text Messages, be it " Come back and visit our site " or " Today's special ", and so on. This Text would appear and then disappear, and then new Text would appear. It's kinda like a Sports Arena Coming Events Billboard.
Can someone please help me on this? I can't find such a script.

It's usually going to be done server-side. If I were doing it, I'd have a div tag for the header and read the contents from a database.
