Are you using the host 000webhost gave you?? I seem to remember their MySQL and web-servers are on different IPs.
Just to clarify:
MySQL is a database program, PHP has a set of functions to connect to and query a MySQL database,
PHPMyAdmin is a PHP program that using PHP's MySQL functions can connect to a MySQL database and administrate it.
The output you got is just an example of a PHP script and the actual command that PHPMyAdmin sent to MySQL.

Please, write clearly with proper structure. Double spacing makes the text feel un-jointed, Capitalizing Every Word Means People Stop Before Every Word Sub-Consciously Which Is A Pain In The Backside, and use code tags! (The right most styling box).

Yes, I am using the host that 000webhost gave me. Would I possibly have to create a table to just store the date and time only?
