Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum and I'm interested in leaning ASP.NET using C#.
I have several questions:
1. What kind of software do I need? (Thinking of Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, but which one do I really need?)
2. Is there any step by step for dummies for software recommended?
3. What kind of application/function we can produce using ASP.NET?

That's all of my question for now.
Thanks in advance for answering.

1) Visual Studio C#, the free version.
2) It really depends on your current experience level.
3) Just about anything, as a website.

1. I've downloaded Visual Studio C#, and now I'm confused about templates. I just need to create a simple asp.net application (Application, simple math?). Which template should I use?
2. I have experience in programming, but have no experience in making web application, I do understand HTML.

All I can suggest (others can probably do better), is suggest you try a few options and see what happens.
