I change of project, or at least of section.
If you do the same thing for too long, it's normal to sometime get bored. At my job, if I stock too long on the same thing, I change the section and most of the time it's enough.

Learn a new language
If you don't know flash, learn it, or maybe learn html5

Or do something that is almost impossible.
I'm currently working on a css only game, just like this one: Stu Nicholls | CSSplay | An amazing CSS puzzle
Make your own defi.

Get involved in helping other (guess why I'm here)

Or take a break, sometime break are good too, and you come back better.

Changes you can make to shake things up:
1) learn a new language
2) start a new project on a completely different scale. If you normally do small ones, do something big. If you're used to doing something big, do something small.
3) do a different style of project. If you normally do PHP + form submissions, trying converting a site to pure AJAX instead of form submissions. Do a completely different layout. Try something with no JavaScript, or all JavaScript.
4) contribute to someone else's project. TiddlyWiki is a self-contained, single-page, JavaScript powered wiki. Try writing a plugin for it, or improving its efficiency, or just doing something cool with it. Or write a WordPress plugin, or a MediaWiki plugin, or ...

For something really different, try Lisp or Haskell.

Something big hum?
Create a direct competitor to chrome os, all in flash (since you want to learn AS) and have the exact same fonctions, plus some new fonctions...
Tell us how it's going :P
