need email databse created

I have a website in development but I also run a sales company with many sales reps selling some of these items on a daily basis.

Ok I have got some new way so my reps can receive money from the businesses. They do a call in system so they give there credit card details over the phone so less hassle. For these sales they will get the customers name and email address but also the call in system will give a special voucher number example. 12345. So I want to be able to put in these sales into the admin section ok . so I put in say 20 names into this section and put them all having there own voucher number 12345 on the email of the voucher that is going to be sent out. Then the main page updates with how many items were sold of that particular product. And the customer receives the voucher with the unique voucher code I have put on it before sending it to the customer.

Sales tracker. Where the sales came from either by my reps or the customer logged into the website and made the sale themselves. Or if a rep got an email and put it into the data base then the customer buys a month later. It will come up saying it came from a email got by a rep at a previous time.
So each owner I can see what reps they have working for them and how many sales they made on a particular week. I want to be able to see it on a week to week basis to see the progress of each manager and certain reps each week. And what is the total pay the rep will be getting after a weeks work so you can print out this and give to rep and it will give a break down of where the sales were got.

So I can print off this and give it to a rep. obviously a lot tidier than this but you get the picture. So break down of what customer bought at the business and who bought it online from a previous email they got.

So managers should have all the reps names and total of what they have earned and a break down like above but with an extra column show how much the manger got in commission of them. All of this can be only seen by the manger now.

Be able to add new reps to the managers list etc and they have there own unique id number which the manger can give to them. That way the number will correspond with the emails they put in and the sale that they got outside of the website

A section to change the commissions is what I mean for each product. Change the commissions for what the reps get for a particular product and what the manager gets and then what I get. This can only be done from my admin login.no one else. So I will have a break down of who is getting what etc. so every week this will change according to what product we are selling. So I can set this in a certain tab in my admin section.

So this section I wanted to be in control of how long thses emails are valid for and when the rep will get a commission. Also if a rep leaves I delete them from the admin side so all of his emails go under the name as admin uploaded them. Ok so all the reps get 1000 emails. I upload them up by there name next to it and also a id number etc. so when they leave there name disappears and it becomes admin then.

can anyone create this at all. need a lot of experience i would imagine
