Hi, all,
Right now I'm having a website project with a certain freelance developer team,
and in the future I will need to transfer this project to another developer team.
The new team will further develop and maintain the program that had been built by previous team.
I need to know, what code framework / blueprint / language used to transfer a coding-project between them ?
What should I know to make the transition can be done easily ?
Is there any standard language / general framework in communicating the architecture of a program ?
Something like blueprint of bricks and mortar building project maybe?
I'm not a programmer so I really have no idea about this.
Any help, guides or references would be very appreciated.:)
Thank you.
ASK: what code framework which used to transfer a project between developers?

1 thing that will really help: comments.
If you know somebody else will work on your project, you should always comment your code, say why you did it like that, what are the advantage, and explain your code.
And of course, if the next team can call you time to time, it will really help them.
