hello people, i'm searching for download 'Color FERET Database' i've already done the steps in:Color FERET Download Requests.
i sent an email to address with pain-text format but have not received any feedback with credentials or what should i do to access database.
Someone could help with this? thanks

You should try to contact them and ask them... or maybe look at your junk mail?

When did you send the request? Please realize you are dealing with a Government agency instead of a private company, so speedy responses should NOT be expected.

i've sent the requests since friday 23 to sunday 25. ya, i already think about that, but it's strange and realy primitive nowadays one government agency don't have a simple system of response feedback only to acknowledge requests about their database.
do you know what the period of time usually needed to wait for an answer?

At a guess, it requires human interaction, and nobody was working over the weekend. Hopefully you'll get a response by Wednesday. What you're experiencing is the exact reason why I snicker when I hear US politicians talk about government efficiency.
