I want to make a blog of my own(I dont wanna use wordpress or blogspot) from where can I get a source code for a blog?

You can probably hack it to allow that.

Looking to the source code of wordpress might be a little bit hardcore
If you only want to modify a simple blog, make a quick google search, and you will find a lot of simplier blog in php that will be easier to modify

And like wingedPanther said it, I'm 100% certain that wordpress have plugin/hack or even probably option directly in the admin that allow anonymous comment

If you can't find it for WordPress, try Drupal, it has it, just need to do the right settings, even if Drupal isn't specialized in blogs
