While I do like the simplicity, cleanliness, and abundant of whitespace, but if I were you I would:

• Reduce the size of the fonts. They're killing me! To read a short information my eye must scan throughout the screen.
  
• Center aligned the categories hyperlinks. That way visitor eyes will "walk" less from the end of the first line to the start of the next line (since the second line in the middle instead of in the far left).
  
• Add more white space before "What are you waiting for? Submit now!", and after the submit form.
  
• Use clearer sign for the submit form. E.g. add box to surround the input box. Also add more button-like feeling for the "Submit" button.
