Is it possible to get Google search terms that have been searched certain number of times from PHP script? For example get all search terms that have been searched between 1000 and 10000 times. Thanks.

Only Google has access to this kind of data. They offer their own service, Google Trends, which analyses how a certain term has been searched. An API for this service was announce, but never released. There are some unofficial APIs (pyGTrends is one, a python package, think there might be a Google Data PHP library too), but I don't think it will able to do quite what you require.
