if(typeof(person[name[dci]])!="undefined")

i want change to php, how to ?

what is typeof in php?

gettype is sloppy in PHP, if it should be a certain type of object or data, then you should use the is_* and related.

Further, undefined in PHP can be matched with isset(), depending on how you are actually implementing "undefined"
