If anyone is interested in a place to house their photos...I guess if you're selling things on other sites, check out Use - Free image hosting and photo sharing from Use.com. It's free and they have templates too.

How skilled is their staff? When you need customer service of a technical nature, you need it immediately, right?

How long have you been using them?

Where did you find them? How long have they been providing hosting services?

Where is their Data Center located?

I'd like to point out that the most valuable negative reviews are the ones that portray both sides of the pictures because they are unlikely to be biased as they can see the good and the bad unlike the ones that are just really pissed at a particular host because they made one or two mistakes.

I have never heard about them before. Do they have their own Data Center?
Try to contact their sales and ask for any possible discounts.

Does its technical support function 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (often abbreviated 24/7), all year around? Note that I will not accept a host which does not have staff working on weekends or public holidays.

Make sure the host has the payment option your looking for. I don't even think twice about a host that doesn't accept paypal.

I believe that the best way to choose the best hosting company is to contact them directly, tell your specific needs and see how professional is their support and what they will offer you.
