WANTED: program that can successfully do OCR on license plates

Hi everyone,

I am looking to purchase source code that can identify and recognize a license plate within a digital picture. It would have to convert a given license plate within a picture to alphanumeric ASCII and be able to successfully identify all characters on the plate. Anyone interested in this, please message me for further details

May I ask if this will be used for "legal" purposes? Also, are you only trying to recognize the plate number or other details on the plate?
