Hey everyone,

I am looking to purchase source code that can identify and recognize a license plate within a digital picture. It would have to convert a given license plate within a picture to alphanumeric ASCII and be able to successfully identify all characters on the plate. Anyone interested in this?

Are you wanting your own custom software? If not why not try something already created like this.

This is not a homework assignment. I work for a company that is looking to purchase source code that is able
to correctly identify license plate numbers within a digital photograph.
