I like the design.
The front page is quite long to load (21.86 seconds) a lots of woff file that take a lots of time to load, and most web browser can't read woff file (yet)
And the flash on the front page don't really show right (on firefox 6.0 under linux 64)

But other than that, you really have a really professionnal looking site, you have pretty much everything that I would want to see in that kind of website.
In my opinion you did a really good job.

Ps. when you do a search of something that return no result, the footer isn't align at the center.

My initial reaction was confusion about why it was taking the images so long to "load", and then "load over the previous image". When my initial reaction is confusion about what the site is doing, I'm more apt to click away and look for something that feels professional, rather than determine what's going on. The fact that my screen is only 768 pixels high also meant that all I saw, initially, was "loading images", but no context.

Wow I didn't even realize about the footer being centered on search. I'll take a look into it and thanks for letting me know.

Hmm maybe I should look into using a different slider. I don't know why the images are taking long to load. Everything has been optimized.

I've used Page Speed etc and says to load everything only takes around 1.7 to 2 seconds to load. I'll have to look further into this as well.

How are you testing? If you test on a LAN, it makes a huge difference. Also, slideshows can be perceived as load time.

No I am testing it through browser extensions on mobile wifi. It loads the slide shows as well.

That site took waaaay too long to load. Any visitor could think that the site is not available and leave before it loads anything. Maybe you've got a script that loads too slowly. The design is great though.
