I need piece of software that can manage photos to the exact specification I need. The program needs to be able to display photos full screen and then manipulate scrolling through them with the keys on the keyboard. I plan on numbering the photos instead of naming them so when the user types a number on his/her keyboard it will bring up the desired photo. The user also needs to be able to scroll through the photos one at a time using either the arrow keys or a click and drag method with the mouse.

One tricky detail. The user needs to be able to click a certain button to bring up a sprite over the image that looks like a magnifying glass. The magnifying glass sprite has to actually magnify the image was well.

The program has to also be able to switch between batches of photos that are in folders, and have several interfaces up at once so the user can switch through them.

I don't think it really sounds like that hard of a job, but then again I'm not a programmer so you guys tell me what it would take to get this done.
