Since you look like an expert in android programming so I want to ask you few questions. Is is necessary to learn java for android app development? how much time it take for absolute beginner? I am really excited to build my first app so kindly reply quickly.

If developers need to understand structure of mobile app then they can download whole Free Android source code from GitHub or other channels so they understands it better. Developers can also follow Android Tutorial Forums and Stackoverflow to develop good android App.

 

Thanks. Those great sources really helped me when I get started Android development as a newbie. Highly recommended.

Thanks for this! How upward compatible are the different platforms? If I decide to write something for 1.6 (your example) will it run on 2.2 as well? I guess this shouldn’t be a problem but I’m completely new to Android so don’t shoot me.
