Well you could start by reading some good tutorials w3schools is always a good source for good tutorial (ASP.NET Tutorial)
We don't have a asp.net tutorial section, but since you know you want to use c#, you can look at the c# tutorial of this forum.
And if you have a more precise question, you can ask it on this forum
