Dear friends! I have two problem with windows.
My windows doesn't open. First question:
1) NTLDR is missing. What should I do in short way? I mean without reinstalling windows.
2) When computer opens it appears blue screen and writes: damp in memory, etc.... In this way, what can I do? How can i repair?

What version of windows are you using?

And do you have a real cd of windows, or it's the reinstallation cd that come with some brand computer?

My windows is XP. Yes, my cd is original.

Window provide for it user to built in help support for any problem. Even a user can be facilitated in the PC as they can easily navigated to the online help support centre. Any problem that user can find in the PC they can resolve easily using built in help support.

Seriously? Try searching in windows help for how to remove AntiVirus2010 (or whatever its incarnation is) without having an internet connection.

Even better, use windows in french, and when they give you an example of something to search, search it, they won't find anything
