Multi-Language in osCommerce

I have a cousin who needs to add multi-language support to his website. He was all the pages in the language he wants the website to support but i can't figure out how to fix it?osCommerce is installed in it and i have tried to examine the codes but i can't add the option. The main index has a dropDown with which you can select the language.
