For the life of me this has never happened to me before. I go to control panel, keyboards and change the language to that of my keyboard. I look like aspergers or sysyphus doing things over and over abloodyagain
It changes the language of my browsers, but not of all the other programs. Like Skype and OpenOffice.
I restart and now the browsers return to their previous state with all the other programs. Only now there are no other languages to change to in the control panel. To be fair, at this rate im not sure if it did change the language of my browser in the first place.
COMPLETELY NUTS.
All the tuts only mention the control panel.
Imagine its a language pack problem. How would I kno if it is because its 7am and ive bloody well forgotten where i find if this is 7 Home that reportedly doesnt tolerate language packs?

When I use browser or an IM or something like that, I use the defalut language of my keyboard - SK.
When I make a program, I open the editor and change the language to EN by pressing Alt + Shift. It will change the language only for currently choosen window. When I minimalize the editor window and maximalize back the browser window, language automatically changes to SK.
I never changed my keyboard language trough the Control panel.
