Please help me with this I don't know how to start my teacher give me a project about math but I am not really good in java..hope someone can help me

I have a problem on how I can random the number in the upper box that will limit the answer only 0-9...
the lower box is the answer and it is fix. The problem and answer will appear in the right box provided
when the user click the buttons.
