I need a programmer to make a server that would allow for site users to have a choice "like" or "dislike ". similar to youtubes new like or dislike buttons. will pay $10,000 after 70 days of trying out the software. WOW okay i got a quote from a programmer and he told me something like that would cost around that number..thank you anyway..then can someone quote me on something like this basically it is like an ad server though. similar to pay per click server (if that helps)

That could make things interesting, if the ad server is doing everything via javascript. It really depends on whether you're working on a basic website (easy) or something very complicated (adserver?) that requires a lot of reverse engineering.

You're going to have to protect against click fraud on the likes. THAT could get tricky.

There are a number of freelance sites out there, but I'd make sure to include the details that were revealed in this discussion, or you're likely to get a lot of interest from people who think they're getting easy money.

The job could be done very easily, I imagine you want a lot more.
If you have 10,000 dollars to invest how about you write a couple more lines on what you want it to do.
