What is it that you do to automate the selling of your software? I ask because I want to start selling mine but I don't want to manually send out an email every time I get an order. I haven't found a good platform that will let them download a file yet. I am getting to the point of making me own script and working directly with a bank on merchant account.

Paypal has an API that accesses a URL on your server every time somebody makes a purchase. You could use that to run a PHP script to facilitate the distribution or activation of licenses for your software.

Yeah the more I look around the more I think that will be what I do. All of these eCommerce sits don't fit my needs and there is no way I am going to use a software reseller after all the research I have done.
