I ran across this tool while working on a quick project at work and wanted to share it with you all. Especial for those of you who need to show an idea quickly for a quick project.
The tool is from Balsamiq and it has a web demo version that's pretty cool. It's great for making a quick web mockups that can be downloaded in PNG or PDF. You can also export and import the XML to recreate the mockup. It's very simple to use and might be a bit limited if you need something more industrial strength.

I'm a big fan of using Dynamic Draw for a lot of my mockups: Dynamic Draw It has a steep learning curve, but once you get the idea you can knock together mockups very quickly. I did that for a standard application not that long ago, and was able to create parent-child relationships that let me move groups of objects around without having to treat them as a group.
I also use Dia (which can be integrated with MediaWiki) and Kompozer, depending on my needs at the time.

Going to take a look. It looks a lot like Visio, but with more features.

The big thing I like about Dynamic Draw is the ability to create your own icons. It includes UML and Flowcharting ones by default. Also, the keyboard shortcuts mean you only need ONE hand on the keyboard to activate them, with the other on the mouse.
