Welcome try!
I too love programming to infinity. It's fun to program. Well learning the basics or the advanced programming you might pass through C -> C++ -> JAVA. These are the perfect languages.
Probably College is not the place where u will become a real programmer. You should work yourself, practise always.

Just thumbs-up? I guess their might be some hand shaking or more than that... Any how!

Always think in programming and happy programming!
Have a nice time.
I think i'm able to write a code for printing "Hello, World!". Proud of that!

Yes, agree with you. At college i learn C, C++ and JAVA too. But i think they only teach me a basic. it okey, now i willing to learn at here.

I also has make some research to find a language that is on demand / hot right now.
Thus tiobe ( TIOBE Software: The Coding Standards Company ) State JAVA is no 1.
But, which JAVA ? J2EE, J2SE ?... i has already learn the basic of JAVA.. starting for CLI to GUI.
But when i move to GUI, i found a problem. It about IDE... to many option...
i think the most difficult type of java is servlet and jsp.... i don't know. Maybe i lack of knowledge.
Now i want to practice back of what i learn.

and yeah..forget to mention, hand shake and greetz to all codecall forumers. !
Thanks for welcome me at here..

Glad you can join us, feel free to ask anything in any of our forums for fun. It is always nice to learn more languages to get a feeling for what you like.

You may wish to start out with a scripting language such as Python if you have troubles with compiled languages, it generally takes a lot of load off you for developing most applications. For example you can use Python as a module for Apache and make a servlet like application much easier.

If you are in to web programming, PHP is certainly an option too depending on what you wish to do.
