Hi, I have a troubles with uploading files on my local server (denwer),
the same of their names, on latin it's uploading very well, but when I uploading files with Cyrillic names there is a huge of not understandable symbols, what I can to do with it?

I tried to convert them into latin through javascript/php, but nothing work. Don't have a clue what to do with it.
