Hello Everyone ,We are looking for full time programmer to join our team.
We develop very interesting & challenging projects, and we are looking to expend once again.
We are seeking STRONG programmers the more guru you feel the better,

Lets go to some Programming Skills Required:
- 4+ years PHP Coding.
- Experience with,AJAX & OOP, CSS, JAVASCRIPT (x)HTML
- Experience with HIGH load websites
- Experience with accelerators ,caching and optimization tools (Memcache, Xcache, PHP accelerator etc..)
- Experience with template driven engines like smarty and templates in general
- Current in all latest technologies.
Additional requirements for the candidate:
Reliable, Autodidact person.
Bonus Skills Intresting for us:
- Deep SEO Knowledge
- iPhone/Android Application/Game Development
- Flash Skills

I feel there's something lacking:sleep: And on the contrary on the requirement parts.
Unless you're high up in Nasa, I really think you should include more information and maybe less strict with your requirements.
(Or just post your "spam" on every website on the internet using bots - that's possible too)
I might be wrong, of course. This is just my honest criticism.

Well you are wrong for sure, i`m not a spam bot that i can promise you.
And i don't think any of those are "strict" we just worked with loads of programmers, and lots of them say "i can do it all" when in fact he doesn't know 1/2 of the stuff and cant handle high load sites and so on, trust me we've been through all of this that's why i tried to mention many time i need a guy who can actually say i can answer those requirements.
